CREDIT CARD SYSTEMS

Electronic Merchant Services (EMS) supports a wide range of credit card systems including point-of-sale terminals, wireless products, virtual terminals, restaurant POS systems, ARU - touch tone credit card processing, web-based applications and software.

>Point of Sale Terminals: The preferred way to process credit cards, checks, debit cards, electronic benefits transfer (EBT), and other electronic transactions in a traditional retail "face-to-face" setting is through a POS terminal. Swipe your customers' card through the POS terminal or key in the transaction. The card is read electronically, transmitted, authorized and a receipt is printed for your customer to sign.

>Internet Credit Card Processing: When you do business on the Net you need a secure, cost effective and reliable way to process transactions and collect payments. EMS and Authorize.net fills that need with a server-based real time transaction processing system. The system will submit, authorize, capture and settle electronic check and credit card transactions without the need for a separate POS terminal or software.

>Wireless Transactions: Wireless terminals allow you to accept credit and debit card transactions almost anywhere. You are no longer required to depend on the availability of phone lines and absorb the cost of installing temporary or extra lines. Wireless transaction solutions will eliminate the risk of accepting credit cards off-line. Swipe your customers' card through the wireless terminal or if the magnetic stripe is unreadable, key in the transaction. The transaction is transmitted via a secure wireless carrier, authorization is received back and a receipt is printed on the spot for your customer to sign.

>Software: EMS supports a wide range of fully integrated PC-based software. This process supports both batch and real-time credit card processing. Features include internet connectivity, recurring payments, user defined data fields and customizable reports. Security benefits include address verification for businesses requiring verification prior to shipping and Card Verification Value (CVV2), an additional layer of security on card-not-present transactions.

>ARU: Touch tone credit card processing. Use your touch tone phone to complete sales, credits and batch settlements. ARU is an alternative to credit card terminals and PC software. The ARU system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year from anywhere in the country with a touch tone phone.
